The room on the third floor was a total disaster, noisy all night long with chairs being dragged above us. Charging Rs.60 for toddler's milk? Absoutely ridiculous, especially since I didn't even recieve a welcome gift for my precious little one. I almost considered a higher rating, but just couldn't, really disappointing!

Unboxing my experience
Staying here was a good escape. The spacious room with its exquisite balcony view over the Monsoon Palace was amazing. Especially Dinesh at reception. The delicious Laal Maas paired perfectly with a serene garden ambiance. A tranquil retreat away from the city's hustle!

Base yourself in a regional governor's residence on the outskirts of the lovely city, reached by cab. the rooms are charming with a lovely view of the city palace and Pichola lake from the rooftop pool. the staff is amazing, especially Dinesh, Vikram, and Kailash who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. the food is delicious with local specialties like Lal Maas and a great variety of breakfast items.
One of the staff members opened the room door late at night, leading to a sense of insecurity.

We had an amazing stay here in the outskirts of this city. The hotel facilities were really good, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff was very responsive, especially in the restaurant where we enjoyed a really good breakfast every morning. We also appreciated the location with picturesque views of green hills and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel parking was another plus, as we never had trouble finding a spot. All in all, this was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in, and we highly recommend it.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and it was a nice experience. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was nice for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us great tips about places to visit in the city.
Our stay was not perfect. The main issue was the noise level. The hotel is located next to a busy road, and the noise was constant, even during the night. This made it difficult to sleep and relax. Additionally, the walls between the rooms were thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around. Finally, the hotel's Wi-Fi was not reliable and often disconnected, which was frustrating.

Nothing, it is perfect.
